Retrieve the details of an existing Zendesk ticket. Use the fields to capture section to retrieve custom field details by providing the name of the custom field name as the field to capture. Replace special characters in field names with underscores when using fields to capture.
Inputs: Zendesk ticket link, and fields to capture
Outputs: Ticket ID, status, priority, type, etc.
Outcomes: Success or no result
